Good times here. My grandparents were partiers! That's them in the back on the left. My dad is on the end on the right with his...uh, girlfriend. Not my mom! Hmmph.
This is where they were for the evening.

I love your pictures - They remind me of my memories. I noticed you are missing Palladian on Althouse - Is he ok?
Oh, yes, I think he's fine - I'm just guessing we won't see him at Althouse much just based on the whole controversy over the trolls there. I have seen him at Trooper's blog since then, though.
I really do miss him at Althouse. And thanks for stopping by!
That's the sad part of my generation. I have great drinking pictures too but I can't put them online for everyone to see. No one had a snazzy US Army uniform in mine. We had togas plus there was a donkey and couple of midgets and that probably wouldn't set well in today's PC world.
Then there was the dancer in Cleveland we hired who had webbed feet but I try to forget that night.

Hey your daddy was a player. And he looked snazzy in the hottest club downtown. Cool.
I'll bet they sang "99 Bottles of beer on the Wall."
Kind of quiet over here. [kaff, kaff]
blake, and just when she branched out of sports!
Hey Darcy,
We need something new?
I'd love to hear about the Detroit Lions.
Yes, the real tennis season has just started! Where is the coverage?
Great picture Darcy. I'm always amazed at how well dressed people were during that era.
Missing you here!
At least tell us about your upcoming tennis trip. Inquiring minds want to know.

You guys are so great, coming here when I haven't been blogging.
At chickenlittle's request, I will write about my U.S. Open trip!
Thanks for reading. Very sweet.
Great pictures...there's a warmth in old photos like these that digital doesn't capture.
Thanks, Windbag!
Once again, thanks for all the comments. I'm glad you liked the family photoblogging. I'd like to do more of it soon.
